This continuing legal education seminar will focus on finding case law, statutes, regulations, administrative documents as well as secondary sources on family law.
Explore the variety of ways topical research can be performed using Westlaw along with a review of the best techniques to effectively and efficiently conduct searches using those materials. This course emphasizes research techniques related to the topic of family law.
