Asbestos Abatement Contractor Registration

Permits: You may apply for asbestos removal or demolition permits or submit reports online, using links in the menu to the right. However processing time may be longer than 48 hours. Asbestos Abatement Contractor Registration
To complete the Asbestos Abatement Contractor Registration, you will need electronic copies of the following:
- A list of all federal, state or local violations you have received regarding construction/asbestos containing materials within the previous 2 years
- A copy of your current IDPH Contractor's license
- A signed and notarized copy of required Child Support Affidavit(s) [2]. One per owner is required.
- Credit card or electronic check information for payment of fees
- $200 Application Fee
