How to Apply

1. Please review the CDBG grants page [1]and 2020 CDBG Application Guide [2]  to read all information about the program and download any necessary files for the application submission. 
2. Prepare the application pdf [3] and any other required or supplemental documents for your submission. Please download the CDBG Public Service-Planning application PDF to your PC, fill it out, save it, then upload as indicated below. Be sure to keep the document as a fillable-PDF. We recommend not filling out the application in your browser. Do not submit a scanned copy of your application.
3. Complete the online submission form below to submit your application materials before the deadline. Make sure you have all materials ready to submit - you will not be able to save as you go.
