COOK COUNTY MINIMUM WAGE ORDINANCE
With the link above you can reach the Municode for Cook County page where you will find Ordinance No. 16-5768 passed by the Cook County Board of Commissioners on October 26, 2016. Effective July 1, 2018, this ordinance will increase the minimum wage for many employees in Cook County to $11/hr. Effective July 1, 2018, the base wage for tipped employees increases from $4.95/hr. to $5.10/hr.
