In 2015, the Cook County Office of the Chief Procurement Officer and the Bureau of Technology issued a Request for Qualification (RFQ) to establish a pre-qualified pool of firms in the area of information technology and support services.  The purpose of the RFQ was to establish a pre-qualified pool of information consulting and support services firm(s) with specialized experience to provide technology services on an as needed basis. 

There are eight (8) Categories of IT Services:

  1.        Category 1: Application Services
  2.        Category 2: GIS Services
  3.        Category 3: Database Services
  4.        Category 4: IT Infrastructure Services
  5.        Category 5: Management Consulting
  6.        Category 6: Technology Training
  7.        Category 7: Information Security and Privacy Services
  8.        Category 8: Senior Project Management

Architectural/Engineering Services and Construction Management Services

The Office of the Chief Procurement Officer issued RFP No. 1623-15371 to select a pre-qualified pool of Prime Contractors for Architectural/Engineering Services and Construction Management Services. The list below shows the selected Prime Contractors. Solicitations will be issued to groups of pre-qualified Prime Contractors and will be listed on our website. Firms interested in participating as a subcontractor may review the pre-qualified vendor list and project information as projects are issued to offer their services to the pre-qualified Prime Contractors. Minority and Women Owned Business are particularly encouraged to review the list and project information as they are issued.
