Free Vaccine and Microchip Clinic for Pets

1-year Rabies, Distemper and FVRCP vaccines and microchips are available for free for the first 125 cats and dogs in attendance. Presented by Cook County Animal and Rabies Control and Evanston Animal Shelter.
This clinic is available by appointment only. Please check back for registration link.
Important notes:
- Please bring proof of Cook County residency (for example: State ID, CityKey, etc.)
- Pets can receive microchips regardless of if a vaccine is administered or not
- All dogs must be leashed
- Cats must be in carriers
