Each agency within Cook County Government is responsible for procuring vehicles for County business.
Once vehicles have been approved and purchased through County approved contracts, the vendor will deliver the vehicles to the Sheriff’s Fleet Management Office at 901 26th Street in LaGrange Park, IL.
Once the vehicle has been delivered to the Sheriff’s Fleet Management Office location, the new vehicles will be uploaded in the County maintenance database, issued a unit number and a fuel card.
Once vehicle titles are received by the user agency, the titles must be filed with the Office of the Chief Procurement Officer.
Each agency is responsible for maintaining an accurate fleet inventory.
