Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle and Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel worked together to create the Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership.The partnership provides federal funding for workforce centers, businesses, and employment resources to help job seekers find and prepare for jobs, connect to training, services, and resources. Our funded partners include public and private agencies, local businesses, and educational institutions, all of which serve Chicagoland’s workforce with strategic planning programs targeted to assist job seekers and employers.
