The Cook County Medical Examiner's Office offers an invaluable observership opportunity tailored for international medical students and medical doctors with an interest in forensic pathology. This program provides the opportunity to observe the intricate day-to-day operations of an active and prestigious medical examiner's office and forensic laboratory. Through this engagement, the observer will gain insight into the comprehensive processes involved in forensic pathology, including autopsy procedures, evidence analysis, and case management.
