Open Calls: Bureau of Economic Development

The Cook County Bureau of Economic Development (BED) hosts open calls for organizations to apply to provide services and solutions that advance BED's programs and priorities. 

Below, you will find a list of current opportunities, as well as key steps to follow to submit a complete application.

IMPORTANT: The Bureau recommends reviewing all guidance before submitting applications.

Application Steps

  1. Review all information provided in the "Guidance" section, including the overview and application instructions.
  2. Confirm eligibility. Incomplete and ineligible applications will not be reviewed. 
  3. Attend a webinar that will provide further application guidance.
  4. Gather all required documents before starting the application. (NOTE: Applications cannot be saved mid-progress.) 
  5. Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation of submittal.
